Viwanda Housing Cooperative Society Limited (VHCS) was registered on 8th October, 2013 and was officially launched on 11th April, 2015 tracing its history from a Resolution that was passed by members to introduce a “Land Purchase” product during the Members’ Viwanda Society AGM with the main objective of providing a mechanism for members to save and acquire affordable living accommodation.
